Anne Alvarez

PhD, M.A.C.P é Consultora Psicoterapeuta Infantil e Adolescente (e Co-Covener aposentada do Autism Service, Child and Family Dep´t. Tavistock Clinic, Londres, onde ainda leciona). Ela é autora de "Live Company: Psychotherapy with Autistic, Borderline, Deprived and Abused Children", e editou com Susan Reid, "Autism and Personality: Findings from the Tavistock Autism Workshop". Um livro em sua homenagem, editado por Judith Edwards, intitulado "Being Aline: Building on the Work of Anne Alvares", foi publicado em 2002. Ela foi professora visitante na San Francisco Psycoanalytic Society em novembro de 2005 e é membro honorário do Psichoanalytic Center of Califórnia. Seu último livro, "The Thinking Heart: Three Levels of Psycoanalytic Therapy with Disturbed Children", foi publicado em abril de 2012 pela ed. Routledge.
